A statewide call to action
It is estimated that over 25 million people are victims of human trafficking around the world.
In 2019, we assisted with the recovery of 115 victims in the state of MS.
People from all over the state are joining together to support the restoration of those who have been effected by human trafficking. This is our state, our cities, and our home. Let’s do our part in eliminating human trafficking in MS while assisting those who have been effected by these crimes.
Will you join us as we meet the needs of children and adults who deserve a life free of violence?
Register NOW to join the Magnolia Movement!
Join the Magnolia Movement by hosting a Push Up Challenge on social media, and then nominate other friends/co-workers and challenge them to do as many push ups as you and make a donation. The COVID 19 Pandemic has put a damper on gathering in large groups. From the comfort of your own home, you can participate by hosting a virtual fundraiser online or by streaming live on Facebook
not for sale
Are you a small business owner or boutique manager?
You can help join the Magnolia Movement by representing the Not for Sale campaign in your store or shop while donating a percentage of sales during your preferred time frame. Ask about our Not for Sale campaign partnership when you register for the fundraiser!
*Tip: Feature blue in your store front.
Join forces and walk the talk!
Help show your community members that you mean business when you raise your voice as well as your feet to walk/run for the Magnolia Movement. Host a 5k or walk a mile with your school, coworkers, or church community… and then end the race with a signature flower arrangement for the winners donated by your local florist.
Would you rather drive/ride instead of walk? We are also happy to partner with cyclists and motorists!
Do you have your own vision for joining the Magnolia Movement? Or would you like to receive more fundraising ideas?
Nothing is too big or too small when you are making a difference in the community. Maybe it can be a BBQ cook off with your neighborhood, a fishing tournament, or a holiday party. We would love to chat with you about your idea! Please register for the DIY fundraiser and somebody will follow up with you soon.
An event that will always be remembered… where creativity meets a cause!
Gather around with a special group to host an event that raises awareness for human trafficking. Whether it is having your next Mardi Gras ball benefit the Magnolia Movement or planning a festive evening with family and friends to decorate your own mask for a prize… let us help you get the party started!
